Privacy & enquiries.
When you send an enquiry to EV Charging Solutions, we collect the contact and project details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, postcode, property type and message. Dealer and electrical subcontractor enquiries may also include your business name, partnership interest, proposed service region and preferred contact method.
How enquiry information is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, discuss a suitable charging solution and coordinate any agreed assessment or service. Partnership enquiry details are used to review your interest and discuss possible dealer or electrical subcontracting arrangements. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where enquiries are stored
Enquiries are stored in this website’s hosted project database. The website may send an enquiry notification to the project owner so your request can be reviewed. Hosting and service providers process information needed to operate the website. Do not include sensitive personal information, payment details or identity documents in the enquiry.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of enquiry information through the contact form. Select “General enquiry” and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Website technology
The website uses essential functionality for navigation and forms. It does not require an account to make an enquiry, and this implementation does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
